Description

Own the team backlog and feature delivery within an Agile Release Train.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Refine features and break down work into actionable user stories for the development team.
• Manage the team backlog to ensure clear priorities and continuous delivery.
• Deliver team plans during PI Planning events.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners within the ART to coordinate dependencies and feature completion.
• Test and validate work to ensure the team delivers a quality product.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a team backlog.
• Experience breaking down features into granular user stories.
• Experience working within an Agile Release Train (ART) and managing dependencies.
• Familiarity with PI Planning processes.
• Experience participating in a Product Owner Community of Practice.
