Description

You define the product vision, prioritize the backlog, and serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver maximum value.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external customers and business lines to drive product evolution and strategy.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria that align with business goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between the business and development teams, ensuring clear understanding of product vision.
• Work hands-on with the development team to address daily prioritization, provide real-time feedback, and answer questions.
• Partner with Product Management to set release dates and communicate tradeoffs between schedule, scope, and budget.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Lean/Agile mindset.
• Proficiency in product management tools and backlog evolution.
• Strong facilitation skills for stakeholder discovery sessions and story mapping.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services, Payment Processing, or Operational/User Console domains.
• Ability to conduct customer research, data analytics, and market research.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe certifications.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with and empower teams.
