Description
You will manage the product lifecycle within the Salesforce ecosystem, translating business strategies into technical requirements and actionable backlogs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and architects to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Translate high-level strategies into a structured roadmap and break down Epics into Capabilities, Features, and User Stories.
- Analyze data trends and opportunities to drive optimization and informed decision-making.
- Manage the product backlog by defining clear acceptance criteria for all user stories.
- Operate within the SAFe construct, participating in Agile ceremonies and managing onshore-offshore team coordination.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience working within data domains and managing requirements across onshore and offshore delivery models.
- Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience working within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex organizational structures and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of GDPR, Privacy, and Security requirements in product development.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or an MBA.
