You will own the product vision and backlog for a P&C Insurance digital flow, leveraging Guidewire COTS experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and road map based on prospective user and client needs.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Jira/Rally, translating requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
• Participate in Scrum meetings, product sprints, and SAFe Agile ceremonies to monitor progress.
• Liaise with product teams and end-users to deliver updates and gather feedback.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Product Management and Product Owner roles.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire COTS, specifically Pricing and Rating tools like Ratabase or Earnix.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and SAFe Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and Rally for backlog management and tracking.
• Ability to define product architecture and work with large teams.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytic tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and design quality standards.
• Leadership experience in software development environments.
