Description

You own the product backlog and drive the delivery of automation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to identify opportunities for process automation.
• Design 'TO-BE' process flows using Lean Six Sigma principles with Process Improvement analysts.
• Develop, maintain, and refine the backlog, writing user stories with clear completion criteria and test plans.
• Partner with SMEs, architects, and development teams on the end-to-end design and deployment of Appian applications.
• Apply Agile methodologies to ensure project delivery meets quality standards and objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with requirement management tools including Jira and Trello.
• Familiarity with business modeling tools such as MS Visio and UML.
• Working knowledge of database environments like SQL Server.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems, including Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Mac and MS Windows operating environments.
• Understanding of the Software Application Testing Life Cycle.
