Description

You will own the product lifecycle for treasury and cash management capabilities, bridging financial requirements and engineering execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, payments, treasury, engineering, and operations teams to define business requirements and operational efficiencies.
• Design and implement automated solutions for cash management processes to maintain financial integrity and controls.
• Drive feature development through discovery, prioritization, design, development, user acceptance testing, and launch.
• Communicate product roadmaps, project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with treasury and accounting teams to identify and resolve process deficiencies.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 6 years of combined experience in accounting, finance systems, and product management.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial reconciliation processes.
• Ability to translate product needs into technical requirements and discuss technical trade-offs.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, including working with large datasets to make data-backed decisions.
• Experience managing complex decision-making and building consensus across matrixed stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of system and data flows with the ability to adapt to new software technologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail in documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Payments Platforms or Transaction Models.
• Background in banking or fintech.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
