Description

You will define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy while managing the backlog and driving feature delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, mission, and roadmap while driving product strategy.
• Manage the product backlog by crafting user stories and prioritizing features.
• Collaborate with UX, architecture, and engineering teams to assess technical capabilities and drive design.
• Lead requirements analysis and solution design with onsite and offshore teams.
• Conduct demos for stakeholders, create release notes, and build business cases using data analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or similar roles.
• Experience in the healthcare domain, specifically Pharmacy and PBM business processes.
• Proficiency with Figma for design collaboration.
• Basic SQL skills for data assessment.
• Expertise using Gen AI to accelerate mockup and feature creation.
• Ability to manage release cycles and sign off on feature acceptance within agile processes.
• Experience presenting product roadmaps and status updates to executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of modernized technology stacks to support development team needs.
