Description

Manage the Data and Insights team backlog to drive product vision and business alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the user story backlog and prioritize features to ensure alignment with business capabilities and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with architects, development teams, and scrum masters to define acceptance criteria and maintain agile delivery flow.
• Plan three program increments (PIs) ahead and define short-term product visions and application rationalization opportunities.
• Act as the primary partner for the Law platform, engaging customers and business partners to define implementation plans and dependencies.
• Partner with vendors and managed service providers to maximize value delivery and ensure SLA performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Experience managing data products and understanding data architecture.
• Proficiency in working with APIs.
• Strong understanding of data enablement opportunities and data analytics capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Experience navigating complex data landscapes and platform models.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery module.
• Experience with iManage.
