Description

You will serve as the primary partner for the Law platform, translating business strategy into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and business stakeholders to define implementation plans, dependencies, and product roadmaps.
• Manage and prioritize the user story backlog, ensuring alignment with business capabilities and strategic fit.
• Collaborate with architects, development teams, and Scrum Masters to ensure quality delivery and adherence to agile practices.
• Define acceptance criteria, identify stakeholders, and scope features within the Data and Insights product line.
• Drive value delivery by removing barriers, managing tradeoffs, and ensuring SLA performance with vendors and managed service providers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including backlog management and feature writing.
• Proven experience working within a Scrum team using agile methodologies and iterative development.
• Strong understanding of Data Products and Data Architecture.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Effective communication skills for interfacing between business stakeholders and IT development personnel.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery module.
• Experience with iManage.
