Description

Own the Data and Insights team backlog, driving product vision and business alignment for the Law platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage user story backlog and prioritize features to align with strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with architects and development teams to define acceptance criteria and maintain agile delivery.
• Plan three program increments (PIs) ahead and define short-term product visions.
• Partner with vendors and managed service providers to maximize value and ensure SLA performance.
• Engage customers and business partners to define implementation plans and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Experience managing data products and understanding data architecture.
• Proficiency in working with APIs.
• Strong understanding of data enablement opportunities and data analytics capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Experience navigating complex data landscapes and platform models.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery module.
• Experience with iManage.
