Description

You will manage product requirements and stakeholder communication to drive the success of ad products.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, users, strategic analytics, agencies, and vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product status, roadmaps, and KPIs.
• Define and track leading and lagging KPIs to measure ad product success and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, marketing, advertising operations, UX design, and ecommerce teams to drive development.
• Organize large goals into iterative, actionable, and achievable plans.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience working within a retail media network, preferably for a CPG retailer.
• Strong understanding of ad technology, including ad servers, ad exchanges, DSPs, and SSPs.
• Proven experience working within an Agile framework.
• Ability to influence decision-making across audiences ranging from senior leaders to execution teams.
• Experience building partnerships with Product, UX, Design, Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Development teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, computer science, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives and navigate ambiguity.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Jira, Amplience, GAM, DV360, or CM360.
• Previous experience in the advertising or marketing technology industry.
