Description

You own the product direction for authentication solutions, defining the vision and roadmap aligned with business and security requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather needs and prioritize engineering work.
• Own the product backlog, prioritizing user stories based on value, risk, and strategic impact.
• Refine backlog items for sprint readiness and accept completed work against acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile software development.
• Strong understanding of authentication technologies, identity management, or security protocols (MFA, SSO, OAuth).
• Proven ability to translate business and security requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with Jira for backlog and sprint management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
