Description

You will manage the product backlog and drive the delivery of finance platform automation and integration requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features to ensure timely delivery.
• Decompose requirements into actionable features and tasks by working closely with technical resources.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives to refine the backlog.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and CPQ.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Oracle.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, including writing JQL and documentation.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana.
• Advanced experience with Google Suite, Microsoft 365, or Aha!

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data integration concepts.
