You own the product backlog, translating business needs into actionable deliverables.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage backlogs with features ranging from simple to complex, collaborating with AuthHub teams.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Prioritize work based on business value, dependencies, and team capacity.
• Track and report on sprint velocity, burndown metrics, and overall delivery progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience operating in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 5+ years experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager role.
• Strong understanding of disciplined Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Proven experience managing scope, timelines, estimations, status reporting, and escalation.
• Hands-on experience producing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Wireframes, Epics, and user stories.
• Familiarity with flow diagrams and data mappings.
• Experience creating test plans, use cases, and scenarios.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience supporting or working closely with AuthHub or authentication-related platforms.
• Experience working in large, enterprise-scale Agile environments.
