Description

You will drive product vision and strategy while managing the end-to-end development lifecycle for two open roles in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Formulate product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate business needs and user pain points into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on shifting requirements.
• Develop wireframes and collaborate with designers to produce UI/UX designs for stakeholder sign-off.
• Lead scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in using requirement management tools.
• Experience mapping business needs to functional business processes.
• Ability to develop detailed user stories for developers and testers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, listening, and probing skills.
• Background in software development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing SIT, UAT, and Go-Live processes to ensure quality delivery.
• Ability to communicate delivery blockers and resolve challenges with stakeholders.
