Description

You will serve as the Product Owner for an application modernization team focused on web applications like FRED and ALFRED.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maintain a cohesive vision for technical modernization and 508 compliance.
• Define, refine, and sequence user stories to ensure they meet user needs and comply with the Definition of Done.
• Collaborate with development teams to inspect product progress, evaluate iterations, and determine roadmap readiness.
• Build release plans, estimate project efforts against business objectives, and report progress to the Product Manager.
• Coordinate with business owners on production deployments, testing requirements, and cross-team dependencies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a role requiring technical acumen.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments using Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Digital.ai or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and writing skills for developing functional specifications and requirements.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in hybrid environments.
• Proven capability to quickly learn business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications.
• Experience working with economic information.
