Description
You will own the definition and delivery of the Member Services product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Member Services product roadmap, covering Patient Advocacy, Resolution Advocacy (Balance Bill), and Medical Management.
- Translate business needs into actionable User Stories for the Agile team.
- Apply MVP concepts to define and prioritize the next steps for development.
- Maintain and refine the team backlog, ensuring alignment with engineering input and stakeholder needs.
- Represent the product in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, and communicate status to leadership.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of professional working experience.
- Proficiency in Product Owner methodologies.
- Expertise with Jira and Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to distill complex concepts into digestible presentations.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong aptitude for writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
