Description

You will lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment between market needs and technical delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog by writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate communication with development teams.
• Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality feature delivery and track success via KPIs.
• Advocate for user experience through continuous research and feedback loops.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple competing priorities.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
• MBA or an advanced degree.
