Description

You will act as a techno-functional Product Owner managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision by translating customer requirements into technical documentation including BRS, SRS, HLD, and LLD.
• Lead all Agile sprint phases, including requirement gathering, analysis, and solution build using RAFM COTS packages.
• Design and customize fraud detection engines, validation rules, and dashboards for fraud analytics and business data representation.
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues and serve as the technical specialist for resolving critical application challenges.
• Monitor and improve SLA and KPI performance while driving down L3 incidents and service request trends.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in RAFM or telecom implementation projects.
• 2 to 5 years of development or implementation experience with FMS Mobileum (WeDo) RAID products.
• 2 to 8 years of experience developing Revenue Assurance or Fraud Management solutions using COTS packages.
• Deep understanding of Telecom Revenue Assurance, device fraud types, and evolving telecom fraud rules.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL-SQL scripting.
• Experience with Unix Shell Scripting and Python.
• Strong knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS systems and E2E application architecture.
• Expertise in designing validation rules such as inter-system, trending, aging, and file-sequence.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps workflows.
