You will manage solution roadmaps and drive the delivery of healthcare-related epics and stories.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, and maintain solution roadmaps and release plans.
• Define and enable key healthcare epics including Benefit Investigation, Financial Assistance, Prior Authorization, and eConsent.
• Articulate business requirements and manage acceptance within scaled teams.
• Lead benefits realization, business case development, and ideation processes.
• Prioritize features and manage change across business and operational models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Program/Project Leadership.
• Certified SAFe Product Owner.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience with Financial Assistance workflows.
• Proficiency in Systems Analysis.
• Expertise in feature prioritization and change management.
• Experience with business process modeling and technology enablement.
• Ability to manage strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
