Description

You will own the product backlog and drive feature development within an Agile framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features based on business value.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
• Accept or reject completed work against defined acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product roadmap to meet business objectives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and JSON.
• Understanding of SDLC processes.
• Demonstrable experience working in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and business acumen.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP).
• Experience with cloud-based solutions or SaaS platforms.
