Description
You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, driving end-to-end POD delivery within the CORE banking area focused on card payments.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a prioritized, groomed product backlog aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and business analysis teams to clarify requirements and accept user stories.
- Gather stakeholder feedback, validate assumptions, and measure outcomes to define new features.
- Manage product scope, budget, and timeline, communicating changes and progress to all parties.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in the CORE banking area, specifically card integration and payment flows.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Understanding of both Agile ways of working and traditional Waterfall approaches.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
