Description

Manage the frontline sales origination platform to deliver product iterations that maximize business value and satisfy user needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product backlog by collaborating with stakeholders, business partners, and analytics teams to solve user problems.
• Partner with business system analysts, design, and technology teams to create detailed user stories and product requirements.
• Drive alignment across lines of business, technology, risk, and governance groups to ensure product vision and delivery goals are met.
• Identify and document key processes and procedures, serving as the subject matter expert for assigned products and initiatives.
• Monitor budget spend, benefits realization, and success metrics to increase team efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically SAP or Salesforce.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing competing needs and priorities across various stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and user stories.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor's degree.
