Own complex, high-visibility product initiatives from vision through release.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Readiness by coaching teams on vision, roadmaps, features, and releases.
• Lead architectural information exchange between project teams, business units, and outside vendors.
• Coordinate systems development by defining project requirements, data needs, and business analysis.
• Manage project plans, milestones, and priorities for all deliverables.
• Facilitate System Demos, PI Planning, and all pre- and post-PI planning meetings.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing and directing large, complex projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Extensive experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Proven ability to work autonomously on highly-visible initiatives.
• Experience operating within a Product Group or Product Family structure.
• Strong capability in business analysis and requirements definition.
• Demonstrated skill in coordinating interfaces between business units and service providers.
