Description

Manage product requirements and delivery within an agile environment, leading transitions from Waterfall to Agile ways of working.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and proactively.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Apply Agile principles and frameworks to solve real-world problems.
• Facilitate the transition from traditional Waterfall approaches to Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
• Experience in the banking domain or working in a SAFe environment.
• Knowledge of user research, usability testing, design thinking, and DevOps practices.
