Description

You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CORE banking card payments, driving end-to-end pod delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a prioritized, groomed backlog aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and business analysis teams to clarify requirements and accept user stories.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, validate assumptions, and measure outcomes to define new features.
• Manage product scope, budget, and timeline, communicating changes and progress to all parties.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in the CORE banking area, specifically card integration and payment flows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Understanding of both Agile ways of working and traditional Waterfall approaches.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
