You will own product strategy and execution for key deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and user needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements and assess technical feasibility.
• Conduct product discovery sessions and analyze user feedback for improvements.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and recommend actionable enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a product-focused role.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency in writing user stories and product documentation.
• Strong grasp of UX principles and user journey mapping.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, engineering).
• Ability to analyze data and interpret user behavior to drive decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, UX Design, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with APIs or software development processes.
• Experience with UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
