Description

You will drive strategic initiatives by defining features and managing the product backlog within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Document features aligned with MMP Epics to meet business requirements and OKRs.
• Conduct business process assessments and create process maps to illustrate system integrations.
• Manage the enhancement backlog and facilitate prioritization with program leadership.
• Coordinate with technology partners to plan release schedules and support UAT and business readiness activities.
• Track program dependencies and maintain transparency on program health metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Non-Consumer Lending or Banking.
• Deep Salesforce experience with technical understanding of platform functionality.
• Proven experience re-designing Business and Commercial Banking customer experiences.
• Ability to use data analytics and customer feedback to identify business challenges.
• Experience managing feature approvals through Legal, Risk, and Compliance workflows.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Competency in Credit and Lending domains.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Digital solutions and agile development processes.
• Ability to facilitate and document current and future state processes.
