Description

You will own the product backlog and delivery strategy for enterprise Order Management Systems (OMS) within an Agile/SAFe environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive PI Planning readiness, backlog refinement, and dependency/risk management in SAFe frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, journey maps, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage OKRs, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD) to ensure delivery quality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, event/message flows, integration patterns, and system architecture.
• Define and optimize omnichannel fulfillment journeys including Pickup, Delivery, Ship-to-Home, and Returns.

Required Skills

• 9–12 years of hands-on experience with enterprise OMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, IBM Sterling, or custom-built).
• Proven module expertise in OMS, not just peripheral usage.
• Recent, meaningful OMS work completed within the last 24–36 months.
• 6–7+ years of Product Owner experience in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Deep understanding of Retail, eCommerce, and fulfillment domains.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss system architecture and integration patterns with engineers.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies including SAFe execution.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and risks across distributed teams.
