Own the development and management of airline products and services within specific value streams, delivering measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Influence enhancements to services, products, and systems to capture business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage third-party and in-house products through their full lifecycle.
• Drive team communication and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically with Airline Products.
• Expertise in Product Management and Crew Management domains.
• Proven ability in task management and complex problem solving.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Experience managing crews and related operational workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience working with Navitaire or equivalent Passenger Service System (PSS).
• Experience with the development, implementation, or migration of a new Crew Management System.
• Cloud knowledge including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
