Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the OSS/BSS product backlog.
• Define product vision, objectives, and release plans.
• Translate business strategy into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Align business, operations, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Lead requirements workshops and business process discovery.
• Define future-state processes and support transformation initiatives.
• Drive UAT, release readiness, change management, and business adoption.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or OSS/BSS Transformation Lead.
• Strong understanding of telecom OSS/BSS transformation programs.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, prioritize backlogs, and drive cross-functional delivery.
