Description

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives and Appian application deployments within a defined value stream.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions for process improvement projects to identify automation opportunities.
• Design TO-BE process flows using Lean Six Sigma principles in partnership with analysts.
• Own the product backlog, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating testing plans.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, architects, and technical teams to design, build, and deploy applications.
• Facilitate sprint planning and product increment sessions alongside Scrum Masters and Product Managers.

Required Skills

• Experience working within Agile Scrum, Rational Unified Process (RUP), or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Trello for requirement and task management.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Salesforce, and SAP.
• Ability to use Tableau for data visualization.
• Knowledge of business modeling tools such as MS Visio, UML, or Rational Rose.
• Experience with requirement management and defect tracking using tools like Rational Requisite Pro or HP ALM.
• Familiarity with the Software Application Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle, SAP Fiori, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP PPM, or Oracle PeopleSoft.
