Description

You will define and drive product strategy by bridging UX design and engineering execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals, user needs, and market requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure features meet usability standards and best practices.
• Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements and support technical feasibility discussions.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and recommend actionable improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a product-focused role.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and user experience strategy.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX/UI and engineering.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret user behavior, and drive product decisions.
• Familiarity with technical environments, APIs, or software development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Certifications like CSPO or PSPO.
