Description
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle and strategy for enterprise-level products in the governance, risk, and compliance space.
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy, vision, and the long-term roadmap through continuous market and competitive intelligence.
- Manage and refine the product and user story backlogs, including leading backlog grooming sessions.
- Collaborate with design, developers, and architects to translate requirements into wireframes and functional designs.
- Execute go-to-market plans and partner with marketing, sales, and professional services to drive market traction.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and demos, to provide feedback on sprint achievements.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in product management or similar roles.
- Proven expertise in Agile Project Management and backlog management.
- Strong technical knowledge combined with business acumen.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with product development lifecycles and managing complex deliverables.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).
