Description

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and strategy for enterprise-level products in the governance, risk, and compliance space.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, vision, and the long-term roadmap through continuous market and competitive intelligence.
• Manage and refine product and user story backlogs, including leading backlog grooming sessions.
• Collaborate with design, developers, and architects to translate requirements into wireframes and functional designs.
• Execute go-to-market plans and partner with marketing, sales, and professional services to drive market traction.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and demos, to provide feedback on sprint achievements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product management or similar roles.
• Proven expertise in Agile Project Management and backlog management.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with business acumen.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with product development lifecycles and managing complex deliverables.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-level mobile applications.
• Background in product strategy for global markets.
