Description

You will manage the product lifecycle from vision to delivery, ensuring features meet business and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to ensure readiness for at least two sprints of execution.
• Write detailed product requirements, Epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria in ADO.
• Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners and work across teams to improve development velocity and quality.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and the development team to drive product delivery.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions to deconstruct stories and enable long-range technical planning.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including standups, retrospectives, and demos, to support the team.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve production issues and manage escalations to enable rapid delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role.
• 3+ years of experience working with Pegasystems.
• Proven experience implementing and executing Agile principles.
• Strong leadership experience focused on project management and scheduling.
• Deep knowledge of the Agile software development lifecycle.
• Certification as a Scrum Alliance CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .Net, modern web frameworks, or QA testing.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Pega Business Architect Certification (PCBA).
