Description

Own the translation of leadership concepts and UI/UX mockups into engineering-ready backlogs, ensuring zero ambiguity from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write exhaustive user stories, complex workflows, and precise acceptance criteria for web and mobile applications.
• Translate proprietary UI/UX mockups into functional engineering backlogs in close partnership with design teams.
• Autonomously manage day-to-day Jira backlog grooming and prioritization to keep the team's runway clear.
• Clarify edge cases and validate features against the Definition of Done as the primary engineering liaison.
• Support Sprint ceremonies and PI Planning by providing data for effort estimation and velocity tracking.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Expert proficiency in Jira and Confluence for documentation and backlog management.
• Proven portfolio shipping scaled, proprietary web or mobile application builds.
• Deep experience optimizing complex user workflows and large-scale transaction processing.
• Strong background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Complex E-Commerce, or High-Volume Transaction platforms.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in the transportation or logistics domain.
• SAFe framework participation and PI Planning facilitation experience.
