Description

You will own the product vision, roadmap, and implementation of document management capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap and prioritize features, user stories, and backlog items to meet business and regulatory goals.
• Lead the design and implementation of a new rules engine for dynamic document generation based on state or policy changes.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to manage the end-to-end document lifecycle.
• Optimize the usage of Smart Communications and DocuSign to ensure full capability leverage.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable plans and remove delivery bottlenecks to ensure incremental value.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation projects.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in Customer Communication Management (CCM) or document management projects.
• Deep understanding of CCM platforms, specifically Smart Communications and DocuSign.
• Experience leading product development within complex business rules and compliance environments.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate high-level vision into structured, actionable execution steps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with document generation platforms like Exstream or SmartComm.
• Knowledge of forms design, including layout elements, data tags, and page assembly.
• Ability to express rules in decision tables or pseudo code for rules engine integration.
