Drive product development and delivery for digital and data-driven initiatives in the banking and financial services sector.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to align product delivery with business goals.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure features are delivered on time and within scope.
• Ensure all product developments comply with banking regulations and internal audit standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of banking operations, digital banking, or core banking platforms.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, user story writing, and backlog management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with regulatory compliance projects, digital product modernization, or banking APIs.
