You will own the end-to-end delivery of one or more technology products or services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Align with Product Managers and Business Owners to create, maintain, and prioritize the backlog of customer requests and feature enhancements.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with INVEST criteria and architectural standards.
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and manage evolving requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead iteration planning and backlog refinement while managing inter-dependencies among stakeholder development teams.
• Communicate progress and status transparently to developers, IT management, and senior executives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional working experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile processes, including Scrum and Kanban delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of IT Service Management principles and the distinction between operational and development value streams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences, from developers to executives.
• Proven capability in backlog management, epic prioritization, and use case development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
