Description

Manage the development and lifecycle of a credit card application, serving as the primary link between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for the credit card application to align with business goals and market trends.
• Develop and manage the product backlog by prioritizing features and user stories based on business value.
• Translate business requirements from marketing, sales, and risk management into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Monitor KPIs related to customer acquisition, engagement, and churn to measure product success and inform iterations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of managing the product development lifecycle for credit card products.
• Deep understanding of credit card industry dynamics, regulations, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Expertise in Agile development methodologies, including backlog grooming and user story writing.
• Ability to interpret customer data and market research to drive product decisions.
• Foundational understanding of technology systems and development processes for financial applications.
• Strong communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations and cross-functional collaboration.
