Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities to deliver maximum business value.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals.
• Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization and refinement.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track product performance and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with backlog management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO).
• Experience with data-driven decision making and knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS).
