Own the lifecycle and roadmap for a credit card application, bridging business stakeholders and the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap to align with business goals and market trends.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
• Translate requirements from marketing, sales, and risk management into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor KPIs for customer acquisition, engagement, and churn to drive iterations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record managing credit card product lifecycles.
• Deep understanding of credit card industry dynamics and regulations.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and user story writing.
• Ability to interpret customer data and market research.
• Foundational understanding of technology systems for financial applications.
