Description

You will lead the definition and delivery of business requirements within the Adobe Experience Manager ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to create functional and technical specifications.
• Design and implement solutions using AEM that align with business strategy.
• Draft user stories including clear acceptance criteria and definitions of done.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Test implemented solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and user needs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Firm understanding of core AEM products including templates, components, workflow, APIs, and integrations.
• 5+ years of professional experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Experience conducting user research to identify pain points and behaviors.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working within Scrum or TPM-led frameworks.

• Any graduate degree.
