Description

Lead discovery, requirement gathering, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
• Design and implement AEM solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and inform solution design.
• Manage the backlog by assisting the Scrum Master or TPM with prioritization and sizing.
• Test implemented solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and provide end-user support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience.
• Firm understanding of core AEM products, including templates, components, and workflows.
• Experience with AEM integrations and APIs.
• Ability to conduct discovery and requirement gathering analysis.
• Proficiency in defining technical and business requirements.
• Collaboration with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure quality delivery.
