Responsibilities

• Write detailed user stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Define acceptance criteria and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication across distributed teams.
• Document system workflows and API integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Familiarity with Business Analysis standards; CBAP experience preferred.
• Experience with Miro for collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, or SaaS.
• Certification in CSPO or SAFe PO/PM.
