You will drive product vision and requirements definition for technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Write detailed user stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication across distributed teams.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for development cycles.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Experience defining and documenting system workflows and API integrations.
  • Strong analytical mindset coupled with hands-on execution capability.
  • Familiarity with Business Analysis standards (CBAP experience preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, or SaaS.
  • Certification in CSPO or SAFe PO/PM.
