Own product requirements and documentation for retail and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements through deep stakeholder engagement.
• Create detailed business modeling, project scoping, and use case documentation.
• Communicate technical and functional requirements to varied audiences.
• Manage product backlogs and documentation using Jira or similar tools.
• Collaborate within Scrum and Agile development frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of relevant Product Owner or Business Analyst experience.
• 8+ years of experience working on Scrum or Agile teams.
• 8+ years of experience creating documentation for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in the Retail or E-commerce domain.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical development projects.
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) or Microservices development platforms.
• Proficiency in business modeling and use case creation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
