You will define product strategy and roadmap for retail pharmacy operations, bridging business stakeholders with the engineering team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the scrum team.
• Facilitate dialogues with stakeholders to drive innovative recommendations and resolve conflicts.
• Negotiate priorities and scope, making informed decisions promptly under pressure.
• Analyze complex challenges and communicate synthesized perspectives to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail Pharmacy as a functional SME.
• Strong business process acumen and ability to support business stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing backlog.
• Skilled in stakeholder negotiation and influencing program goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with customer focus.
