Description

Own the product vision and roadmap for retail pharmacy solutions, acting as the primary functional subject matter expert between business stakeholders and the engineering team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog to drive high-value features and improvements.
• Facilitate dialogues with business stakeholders to synthesize requirements and drive innovative recommendations.
• Negotiate trade-offs and communicate synthesized perspectives to the scrum team.
• Make informed decisions promptly and take responsibility for product outcomes.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail Pharmacy as a functional SME.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong business process acumen with experience supporting business stakeholders.
• Skilled in stakeholder negotiation and conflict mediation.
• Ability to facilitate dialogues that produce new perspectives and drive results.
• Strong analytical thinking and resourcefulness for complex problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate ideas in user-friendly language.
